Jenelle Evans has yet to file for custody of her one-year-old son, Kaiser.

Is Jenelle Evans Quitting 'Teen Mom 2' For Health Reasons?

Although the Teen Mom 2 star claims her ex-fiance, Nathan Griffith, hasn't seen their child in months, she doesn't have the information needed to file custody papers against him.

"I'm trying to file custody papers, but Nathan won't give me his address,” 24-year-old Evans explained to Us Weekly on Thursday.

Recently, Griffith has been on Twitter, claiming Evans has been keeping his son from him, but according to the reality star, that is not the case.

"He hasn't asked to see Kaiser since December," Evans said. "He tweets about me but he won't text me and ask to see him.… He wants to make me look bad."

Following Evans' relationship with Griffith, which ended in July 2015, she began dating David Eason, and while the trailer for Teen Mom 2 season seven shows her mother, Barbara, claiming Eason is her "worst boyfriend" yet, Evans insists the two are amicable, and said Barbara has actually thanked Eason for being so good to her young son, Jace, 6.

"She really likes David a lot," Evans explained.

Evans and her mother are due in court May 3, where they will address Evasns' request for full custody of Jace.

"I'm asking for full custody," Evans revealed. "I see Jace every weekend. There's no reason why I shouldn't have him full-time.… My mom hasn’t budged at all, so I'm just going to have to let the judge decide."
