Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin appeared to be doing well after completing filming on Teen Mom 2 season six last year, but now, as they head into the premiere of season seven, they are seen at odds once again.

In addition to the trailer showing the couple enduring a heartbreaking miscarriage, Lowry was also seen electing to go to dinner with her ex-boyfriend, Jo Rivera, instead of returning home to Marroquin after a photo shoot for her kids.

Shortly after the scene was shot, Lowry's husband left town.

“Javi’s been gone,” a source told OK! Magazine on Feb. 1. “Javi and Kailyn left at the same time – he left when she left for Miami.”

Lowry flew to Miami in January for cosmetic surgeries, including a tummy tuck, butt lift and liposuction. Meanwhile, Marroquin headed to Qatar, where he is expected to be deployed for seven to eight months.

“It’s hard for Kail, but I wouldn’t say she’s sad,” a source told Radar Online last month. “They’ve been through this before. It doesn’t make it any easier on her, but she understands this is part of his job and how he provides for their family.”
