Jeremy Calvert 2016: 'Teen Mom 2' Quits Show After Season Seven, Bans Adalynn? [VIDEO]
Is Jeremy Calvert following in Adam Lind’s footsteps and preparing to quit Teen Mom 2?
Although Calvert recently completed filming on season seven, and is currently in New York City to film the after shows with his co-stars, a source claims he’s over the drama and ready to get back to life without the MTV cameras.
“Jeremy is over it,” a source told The Ashley’s Reality Roundup on Friday. “He’s tired of being attached to this show, and now that he and Leah are divorced, he doesn’t want to be a part of her drama. He’s tired of dealing with all the negativity that comes from being on the show, too.”
He’s also prepared to ban his daughter with Leah Messer, three-year-old Adalynn, from filming.
“Jeremy wants Addie out of the spotlight. He doesn’t want her to grow up being known as the kid from ’Teen Mom 2,’” the source added. “Both parents have to agree to have their child filmed for the show. Jeremy and Leah both have to sign off on having Addie appear. If Jeremy refuses to sign off, Addie cannot appear, regardless if Leah wants her to.”
As for how MTV would handle the possible refusal, the source explained, “They will probably try to throw a lot more money Jeremy’s way to get him to agree."
However, as the outlet revealed, Calvert has a substantial income and in no way needs the show income to live off of.
