Last night's The Passion was a bold live musical special that told the story of the final days of Jesus Christ in a contemporary setting.

Fox's live The Passion special, which aired one week before Easter Sunday, featured singers like Trisha Yearwood, Chris Daughtry, Seal, Prince Royce and Jencarlos Canela performing in a unique retelling of Jesus' final days.

The musical featured multiple contemporary pop songs, from David Guetta's "When Love Takes Over" to Jason Mraz's "I Won't Give Up." Here were some of the best moments of the special, with video of each.

Daughtry's "Bring Me to Life" by Evanescence

Playing the traitorous Judas Iscariot, Daughtry gave a very passionate performance of "Bring Me to Life" by Evanescence, belting out the song's emotional lyrics in such a way that made him a standout American Idol contestant so many years ago. Seal's "Mad World" by Tears for Fears
