Is Kailyn Lowry's marriage doomed?
After watching Lowry and her husband, Javi Marroquin, feud over a potential dinner together in a recent Teen Mom 2 sneak peek, fans were reminded of the couple's near-divorce during season six, and now, new reports have hit the web, claiming both parties have been spending time with members of the opposite sex.
On Tuesday, Radar Online revealed Marroquin had shared a photo of himself and a mystery woman in February, and that same woman shared a photo of herself lying next to Marroquin as he slept. Meanwhile, Lowry was recently seen opting to spend time with her ex-boyfriend, Jo Rivera, instead of returning home to her husband on the show.
The woman is “someone he works with,” a source told OK! Magazine on Marroquin's female friend. “Kailyn doesn’t know the woman. She [only] met her once at her friend’s bridal shower and apparently she works with Javi.”
Although some might assume Lowry wouldn't be okay with her husband, who is currently deployed in Qatar, hanging out with another woman, the magazine's source claimed Marroquin was free to spend time with whomever he pleases.
“Kailyn feels like Javi can hang out with whoever he wants,” the source said. “She’s his wife, not his boss. Everything is good with Kailyn and Javi."
