Bon Jovi's $42M Home for Sale in SoHo Has Five Bedrooms & 3,100 Sq Ft Outdoor Space, VIDEO
Jon Bon Jovi is selling his penthouse apartment in Soho for $42 million, reported The Examiner.
The place went up for sale six years after the singer purchased the $7,500 square foot apartment in 2007 but he recently lowered the price after finding no potential buyers.
The fully-furnished apartment has five bedrooms, and five and half baths. In addition to the roof terraces being fully landscaped, the singer has 3,100 square feet worth of outdoor space.
Bon Jovi been hoping for a buyer since October 2011. When nobody stepped up, he converted one of the two master suites into a media room, filling the unit's two kitchens with high-end finishes and appliances.
The key lock elevator in the building "opens directly into the five bedroom penthouse's upper level main foyer off of which are coat closets and an itty-pitty powder room," according to The Real Estalker.
Listing agent, Corcoran, described a "massive Great Room off of the main foyer. It has a wood-burning fireplace, a dining area and a modern chef's kitchen."
Bon Jovi's home has maintenance fees of $6,870 and monthly taxes of $4,738.
