Sia Update: Singer Performs New Track 'Cheap Thrills' On 'American Idol' [VIDEO]
You know it's going to be a good week when Monday brings a new Sia music video featuring the one and only Maddie Ziegler.
American Idol got a thousand times more awesome when Sia, 40, showed up to perform in the March 24 episode. As usual, she covered her face while performing her song “Cheap Thrills” and we totally loved it!
Yes, the duo has paired up again for a performance video of the Australian singer's hit "Cheap Thrills."
Sia let her three amazing dancers take center stage for the performance, while she stood off to the side, wearing an adorable purple dress and huge, matching bow atop her half black/half blonde wig. She’s made it clear in the past that she’s a very private person and that she wants her career to be about the music and not her looks or personal life.
"Cheap Thrills" received mostly favourable reviews. Brittany Spanos of Rolling Stone called it a "bouncy party anthem", whilst The Guardian wrote it to be "a perfectly serviceable party tune"
