Leah Messer was at her worst on last night's Teen Mom 2.

Although the reality star claims MTV has edited their footage to make her look like a bad mother, it's hard to think that her slurred speech and failure to feed her children has anything to do with the network.

"It just keeps getting worse. Aleeah cried again tonight, because when she opened the refrigerator there was literally nothing in there," Hollywood Life reported on Monday. "She tells her mom that there is nothing to drink, but Leah doesn’t acknowledge her. The young girl runs outside and throws herself on the ground and cries."

As the episode continues, Messer attempts to get a hold of her lawyer to see where her custody case stands as her second ex-husband, Jeremy Calvert, brings their daughter, 3-year-old Adalynn, to her home.

"Leah can barely keep her eyes open and she is slurring her words," the outlet reported.

Then, later in the show, Messer phones her sister, asking Victoria Messer to pick up her girls because she's "too out of it," the site explained.

"She blames her emotional state on it, but her entire body language says a different story," Hollywood Life noted. "While on the phone, she can barely open her eyes and form coherent sentences. She then crashes on the sofa and passes out."

A short time later, Corey Simms received primary custody of their twins.

On Twitter last week, Messer ranted against MTV, dissing the network for twisting her story.

"It’s so sad how the person behind the editing can even live a happy life by editing to manipulate the audience watching. It makes me feel like my story just isn’t enough,” Messer told fans on Friday. “I DID hit rock bottom but I come out of it and I was willing to air it ALL because if just ONE person watched and reached out for HELP even when they feel so ALONE that’s all I cared about because I could NEVER imagine ANYONE feeling the pain, hurt, depression AND anxiety that I WAS suffering from. It would break my heart! I wanted to bring awareness and HELP others and if MTV couldn’t share that then I will do it on my own the way God wants me to!!!!”

“It hurts to feel BETRAYED by the ones I THOUGHT I could trust with my story," she continued. "It goes to show you how ‘THE ENTERTAINMENT WORLD’ really is and I guess everyone will see where I REALLY am starting episode 4.”
