'Fifty Shades of Grey' Movie Casting: Does Latest Matt Bomer & Alexis Bledel VIDEO Make Them Top Choices?
In the midst of the massive casting buzz surrounding the Fifty Shades of Grey movie, another fan-made trailer has been posted with White Collar's Matt Bomer and former Gilmore Girls standout Alexis Bledel.
On Feb. 25, ProxyBlueX had released a homemade teaser starring the two potential candidates as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele that has gotten over 211,000 views and counting.
The video clip, which runs approximately three minutes and 30 seconds, is called Fifty Shades of Grey NEW TRAILER 2014 starring Matt Bomer.
The clip features Bomer, 35, alongside the 31-year-old Bledel in a variety of sexual scenes and poses appearing as if they're acting out scenes from the future flick. The background music in the video playing is Dark Night Dreams by Hugo Kant.
The respective footage isn't the first video put out on the two potential Fifty Shades of Grey candidates. In another teaser, Bomer can be seen sporting a variety of suits and ties, which Grey is notorious for wearing in the E.L. James novel version. Bledel appears in the middle of the clip along with some steamy sequences toward the end.
While speaking to The Metro late last year, Bomer had addressed the prospect of playing the role of the S&M-crazed billionaire.
"No comment. That's my line on that. But it's very flattering I've got fans who would like to see me in these things."
Although Bomer's response was less than ideal, it does give confirmation that he's well aware that there's interest in him for the highly anticipated part.
Although the producers have yet to attach a director to the franchise, Fifty Shades of Grey is slated for its big screen release in the summer of 2014.
