Jenelle Evans is about to lose her larceny case against Nathan Griffith.

According to a new report, the Teen Mom 2 star's larceny charges against her ex-fiance will soon be thrown out.

“They went to mediation today and the state will be filing a dismissal in court,” Griffith’s attorney Megan Milliken told Radar Online on Monday. “The case has been dismissed.”

Evans filed larceny charges against Griffith on Jan. 24, and on Feb. 3, he turned himself into police after an arrest warrant was issued. According to the report, Evans filed charges claiming Griffith took their car and $1,000 worth of her belongings.

“Any day one of my clients gets a dismissal is great day,” Milliken said. “We are happy with the outcome.”

Although Evans and Griffith's larceny case is all but closed, their court drama is far from over as they continue to battle for custody of their son Kaiser, who turns two-years-old in June.

“She has to go to her mediation orientation today because she was too sick to fly for her scheduled orientation,” Milliken told Radar. “That was the night she was on live television for MTV. But Nathan already completed his.”

"The stipulation for the charge being dropped is that Nathan must pay Jenelle $300 for Kaiser’s clothes taken and not returned," Starcasm revealed on Monday, adding that Griffith has until April 11 to pay up, or the charge will be reinstated.

Evans addressed her relationship troubles with Griffith during an interview last month.

"It's just a lot of butting heads right now," Evans told PEOPLE Magazine. "I think he's really not putting all personal issues aside – he's not making it just about Kaiser."

"I think he's really jealous of David," Evans continued. "He's claiming I'm letting Kaiser called David 'Dada,' but Kaiser knows David by 'David' – I would never do that to Kaiser and I would never do that to Nathan because that's unfair. Every time we talk, he doesn't even really ask about Kaiser. He just asks how I'm doing and what I'm up to lately ... I don't think he is sure of his current relationship, or he hasn't let go [of me] yet."
