Miranda Simms is basking in the glow of being a new mom.

After welcoming her first child with husband Corey Simms in November of last year, Miranda has been keeping a low profile on social media, but earlier this week, she couldn't help but respond to a sweet photo her father-in-law shared of her baby girl, five-month-old Remington Monroe Simms, aka Remi.

"Remington Monroe stopped by to visit today. She thinks I'm funny. #remi," Jeff Simms captioned the Instagram photo.

In response, Miranda posted the message below.

Miranda also shared a recent message from a Twitter account by the name of Women of Christ, which spoke of steering clear of negativity.

Like Miranda, Corey has been fairly silent on Twitter since opening his new account weeks ago. At the end of last year, after experiencing backlash due to scenes from Teen Mom 2 season six, Corey deactivated his account and remained off social media for months, and now that he's back, he's been keeping his posts to a minimum.

While Corey doesn't speak publicly too frequently, he did share a few photos from his and Miranda's recent trip to New York City, where they filmed the season seven reunion special with their Teen Mom 2 co-stars.

Corey shared a few Easter photos of his children, as well, but they weren't taken by him. Instead, he re-tweeted posts made by his father, Jeff, on Instagram.
