Jenelle Evans Boyfriend: 'Teen Mom 2' David Eason Not Feuding With Barbara? [VIDEO]
Jenelle Evans' boyfriend feuded with her mom during filming on Teen Mom 2 season seven, but now, things between them are just peachy.
According to a new report, the reality star and her boyfriend of seven months, David Eason, enjoyed a dinner date with Barbara Evans earlier this week at The George on the Riverwalk in Wilmington, N.C., and during their meal, they worked through their differences.
“It went perfect,” a source told Radar Online on Wednesday. “They got along great, and Barbara likes David now.”
During season seven, David called the cops after getting into a fight with Barbara at the home he shares with Jenelle, and according to the New Hanover County Sheriffs Office, David told police “his girlfriend’s mother came to the house uninvited, screaming and yelling at him in front of the children.”
“They discussed it at dinner last night,” the source said. “Barbara apologized to David saying, ‘If I acted out of line, ‘I’m sorry.’ So they both just put it behind them.”
“Jenelle is very happy about the whole thing,” the source continued. “She finally found someone that her mom approves of, and her relationship with her mother is much better now that she likes David. That was the only problem between them and now that’s over.”
In addition to David's fight with Jenelle's mom airing on Teen Mom 2, the source said their makeup session was also filmed.
Last month, during an interview with PEOPLE Magazine, Jenelle gushed about her romance with David.
"He's a very hard worker, and I love that about him," Jenelle said. "He doesn't care about me making money, or how much I get, he still pays his own bills, and he still gives me money for rent and everything, which I've never had any boyfriend do!"
He's also great with Jenelle's two children, Jace, 6, and Kaiser, 1.
"Jace absolutely loves him, [he] always wants to be around him," Jenelle revealed. "And he has an 8-year-old daughter that comes and spends the weekends along with Jace, so they get along very well and everyone is just really happy."
