Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban Married: Couple Not Renewing Vows For Anniversary, 'We Don't Need To' [PHOTO]
They're celebrating a milestone 10 years together in just a few short months, but Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban don't need to do anything like have another wedding to show how much they still love one another.
The couple discussed the recent rumors they were going to renew their vows for their anniversary while attending the premiere of Kidman's latest film, The Family Fang, and admitted they a vow renewal was not a part of their plan for their big day.
"I read that, too," Urban told People Magazine at the event. "I don't know where they get half of this stuff from. No."
"We don't need to," Kidman added. "The vows are strong, we keep them."
"They're daily in the sense of action, as opposed to being recited. I like to think of showing those on a daily basis," Urban continued.
The two also opened up about how they act out their vows to one another in their busy lives, where hectic work schedules have on occasion forced them to work apart in different countries.
"We do. We fly all over the world [to see one another]. But not out of obligation, just because I like him," Kidman said.
"Out of want," Urban added. "It's a short life, too, you know. It really is."
However, anyone who may take the couple's resistance to a vow renewal as a potential sign of some sort of trouble in their marriage doesn't need to worry themselves, as the two seemed genuinely more in love than ever as they gushed about one another.
"I love him, but I also like him," Kidman said.
"Likewise," Urban replied.
Urban and Kidman married in June 2006. They welcomed their first daughter, Sunday Rose, in 2008. A second daughter, Faith Margaret, was born via surrogate in 2010.
