Craig Conover Girlfriend: 'Southern Charm' Star Is Dating Naomie Olindo [VIDEO]
Who is Southern Charm star Craig Conover dating?
During the currently airing third season of the Bravo reality series, fans are seeing an all new version of Conover, and his girlfriend, Naomi Olindo, appears to be the reason behind his sudden change. So, who is she?
"The two knew each other in college, but they reconnected after Naomie texted him last year, and started dating thereafter," Bravo TV's The Daily Dish revealed last week. "The two have now moved in together, and as this season's supertease showed, it looks like Naomie even has Craig thinking about (gasp!) marriage."
According to the report, Olindo is a world traveler, originally from France, who has a love for animals and adventure.
"When I see [Gizmo] on [Southern Charm], it’s like being proud of your child," Olindo said during an interview with Carolina Tails in January. "When my mom met my dad, he was 36, single with eight cats (laughter) and she married him anyway and so we always had animals and also grew up with horses. I think our pets have just as many feelings as we do. When people say ‘it’s just a dog,’ I completely disagree. It’s not just a dog, it’s like a family member.”
She's also been a hit with Conover's co-stars and friends, including Kathryn Dennis.
"Naomie is beautiful. She's a great girl. They're totally in love, like middle school love, it seems like," Dennis told Bravo TV's The Daily Dish earlier this month. "She's from France, so she's super cultured and interesting."
Dennis even hinted that Conover appears to be getting more and more serious about Olindo as time goes on.
"I feel like every time I speak with Craig, he alludes to having a baby or getting married. Not sure why, but he does. He was asking me, grilling me questions on pregnancy and what it's like. I was like, 'What are you asking me all of this for?' It's just odd," Dennis said. "But yeah, maybe they'll stay together. I hope so."
