Scheana Marie News: 'Vanderpump Rules' Star Sued Over Pot Smoking, Loud Parties [VIDEO]
Scheana Marie Shay has been accused of throwing wild parties filled with weed and tons of noise in a new lawsuit.
According to a new report, a neighbor of the Vanderpump Rules star claims marijuana smoke coming from Shay's apartment has made him and his family sick, and her cat has led to even more problems.
"Scheana Shay's weed puffing parties are out of control, just like her black cat ... according to one pissed off neighbor," TMZ reported on Tuesday. "Scheana lives in a fancy L.A. high rise apartment, and a guy who shares a wall with her says his unit's been inundated by marijuana clouds drifting from her crib. He ain't happy about the contact high."
In his lawsuit, the man claims he and his spouse, as well as their young kids, have been getting nauseous from the marijuana smoke. He also claims Shay leaves her black cat outside with its food, which attracks ants that have reportedly made their way into his kitchen, bedroom, closet and bathrooms."
"The guy's suing Shay and building management for a discount on his rent and damages," TMZ explained.
Following news of the lawsuit, Shay spoke to her fans on Twitter.

Shay and her co-stars wrapped production on Vanderpump Rules season four earlier this year, and are expected to begin filming season five this summer. Although the fifth season has not yet been confirmed by Bravo, ratings have been good, and production tends to start midway through each year.
