Jamie Dornan News: ’50 Shades Darker’ Star Mocked For Being On Belfast’s Translink Shortlist? [VIDEO]
When it comes to Jamie Dornan, it looks like he just can't beat his critics no matter what he does or says these days.
And even though he's said very little in recent weeks, the 50 Shades Darker star is being endlessly mocked on the Internet for apparently being shortlisted to win the coveted face of Belfast's Translink transportation system.
According to the Belfast Telegraph, the Hollywood actor, along with other Northern Irish stars including Carl Frampton, Rory Best, Mary Peters, Michael O'Neill and Eamonn Holmes are up for the award to become the fact of the city's buses in their "Metro Legends" competition.
And while Dornan hasn't made any comments about the honor, a lot of critics have. Some readers have said, "Would it be insensitive to suggest a list of 'celebs' one might wish to see under a bus?" along with, "None of the above. This is a bit like not voting."
Another critic wrote, "Christian Grey on a bus? This is the most pathetic thing I've ever seen."
But for those still interested in casting their votes, polls will still be open until May 12. The two legends with the most votes will have their faces features on a special "Metro Legends" bus that will be revealed on June 6th in Belfast.
Dornan for his part is currently in Vancouver filming the sequel to last years' megahit, 50 Shades of Grey.
