Chelsea Houska's wedding is just months away, and as she prepares to walk down the aisle with Cole DeBoer, the Teen Mom 2 star is focused on getting in the best shape possible.

On Instagram, Houska recently shared a photo of herself doing deadlifts.

"Powaaaa cleanzzz," she captioned the photo.

"It was sloppy BUT I got er up there so I'm happy ha," Houska wrote with a second post.

While some of Houska and DeBoer's engagement was seen on Teen Mom 2, the reality star recently confirmed fans would not be seeing her wedding.

"Our wedding is just something so personal and we’re having a small intimate wedding and it just didn’t feel right just for us to have it aired to millions of people," she told Wetpaint Entertainment in March. "Even though I appreciate the support and I’m so grateful for everyone who is so happy for us, people will be able to see the planning and pictures and stuff like that so I’m not leaving them with nothing."

As for when her wedding would take place, Houska said, "We like the fall. The weather is perfect around that time so that’s what we’re thinking. We’re not really doing a set color scheme, it’s just kind of fall colors."

"I think we both want kids right away," Houska added of her and DeBoer's post-wedding plans. "I love babies and being a mom and it’s great to be able to have Cole who will help and be a good dad and stuff. I can’t wait to see him as a dad, well more of a dad because I’ve seen how he is with Aubree."
