As the saying goes, "absence makes the heart grow fonder," Mikhail Varshavski and Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach were in different time zones in the past days, as the reigning Miss Universe visited Latin America as part of her duties - and Doctor Mike obviously missed his queen.
