'Real Housewives of New Jersey' News: Jacqueline Laurita Birthday Details [VIDEO]
Jacqueline Laurita appears to have cut ties with her Real Housewives of New Jersey co-stars Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice.
Although Laurita and Giudice were once close, they reportedly had a falling out during filming on season seven, and last night, Laurita celebrated her birthday without her during an event at the trendy Red Room of Empire City Casino in Yonkers, N.Y.
Joining Laurita to celebrate her birthday was her husband Chris, her longtime Real Housewives of New Jersey co-stars Kathy Wakile and Rosie Pierri, and her close friends Kim DePaola and Dolores Catania.
During the group's night out, a live recording of the Just Sayin' podcast, which was hosted by Jersey Shore star Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola, reality TV star and relationship guru, Siggy Flicker, and TV host Clare Galterio, took place.
This week's event marks Laurita's second birthday celebration and also the second time her co-stars were absent. Over the weekend, according to a Radar Online report, Laurita celebrated her 46th birthday with a joint party with Kim DePoala at Fresco Italian Restaurant in Montclair, N.J.
"Melissa and Teresa weren't invited for a reason," a source told the outlet. "The cast is split and everyone is still fighting."
Laurita and Giudice were believed to have made amends months ago, but their renewed friendship was short-lived.
"They haven't spoken since filming wrapped and Teresa called Jacqueline some pretty filthy names and Jacqueline stormed out," the source said. "Jacqueline still feels betrayed."
As for Laurita's relationship with Gorga, the source explained, "Jacqueline and Melissa's relationship will never be recovered because of Melissa lie's and phoniness."
However, when it comes to Giudice, there may be hope for a future reconciliation.
"Teresa and Jacqueline — it's a possibility," the source said. "It would take Teresa being real and understanding that Jacqueline didn't do anything to her."
"Jacqueline tried this season to be a real friend," the source continued. "And then Teresa was being phony, pretending to be Jacqueline's friend and then when she least expected it, Teresa hit Jacqueline between the eyes. They attacked her in Vermont. Jacqueline had no idea that it was coming."
The Real Housewives of New Jersey is expected to air sometime this summer on Bravo.
