A body was reportedly discovered in a conference room at Apple's headquarters in Cupertino, California earlier today.
Details are a bit scarce on the situation, though reports claim that law enforcement vehicles were dispatched to the scene this morning. New details have emerged that seem to suggest the situation involved a suicide.
TMZ has obtained audio from the sheriff's department dispatch which described a "female employee bleeding with a head wound to the head...possibly has a gun," and that it was for what appeared to be a 1056 attempt, which is often a police code for suicide.
"...at Apple campus Infinite Loop, for a 1056 attempt...female employee bleeding with a head wound to the head...possibly has a gun. Her...looks like security was escorting the employee down and the Westside units are just now arriving...I do have further...they are advising that there's a body in one of the conference rooms with a gun so we're not really sure if there's multiple people involved," can be heard on the audio.
It has also been reported that a Hispanic male was found with a head wound, unresponsive at the scene, and later pronounced dead.
Apple has not commented on the situation.
