Rapper Yo Gotti has responded to fashionista and reality star Angela Simmons getting engaged to another man after he professed his crush on her in song and on national television.

The Memphis rapper got in on the jokes after fans poked fun at him for losing his battle for Simmons. He shared a photo of himself with Michael Jordan’s crying meme head.

While he left the caption empty, that same photo had been floating around with the words, “When Yo Gotti Finds Out Angela Simmons Is Engaged”

Interestingly enough, even though he was able laugh at the jokes, along with fans putting the diamond and ring emojis in his comment section of his photos, he is said to be pretty salty about the upcoming wedding as he unfollowed Simmons on Instagram.

He first expressed his feelings for her in his song Down In The DM in which he raps, “I got a crush on Angela Simmons.”

But things didn’t end there. He stopped by The Real just in time for Valentine’s Day and explained why Simmons should give him a chance.

Well her now fiancé must have caught wind of his message because just days later Simmons made it clear that she was in a relationship. Still, she kept the identity of her boyfriend quiet.

Fans are stuck trying to figure out who it is. Her potential fiancé has gone from a convicted felon to an oil tycoon in Africa. Only time will tell who her future husband is.
