Gwen Stefani Pregnant: Blake Shelton Baby In 2016? Rumors Continue After Duet [VIDEO]
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton appear to be completely in love and dedicated to their relationship, but will they soon start a family?
According to reports, the couple has already discussed plans for a baby, but judging by their current schedules, their first child will not be arriving anytime soon.
In just 10 days, Shelton's latest studio album, If I'm Honest, hits stores and as he continues to promote his new album, Stefani is doing the same -- all while preparing for the start of her This Is What The Truth Feels Like Tour in July.
Although Stefani and Shelton's schedules are sure to keep them busy in the coming months, the couple is said to be quite close to an engagement.
"Blake could propose to Gwen very soon," a source close to Shelton told Us Weekly in April. "Gwen is everything he wants."
According to the report, Shelton, who has no children from his past marriages, the latest of which ended last July, loves the fact that Stefani has three boys.
"With Gwen, Blake has the family life he'd hoped to have with Miranda," explained the source. "Her kids love him as much as she does."
From her marriage to Gavin Rossdale, which came to an end last August, Stefani is mom to Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 2, and apparently, spending time with Stefani's sons has prompted Shelton's desire to have children of his own.
"Blake wants kids of his own, and Gwen is willing to try!" the source explained.
In the meantime, Stefani and Shelton are reportedly making an effort to stay in constant communication with one another as they tend to their careers.
"Gwen texts Blake a million times a day," a second insider said. "But he doesn't mind at all... Blake hasn't been this happy in years!"
Stefani and Shelton's romance began on the set of The Voice season nine and continued briefly on season 10 when Stefani returned to the show as an advisor for Team Shelton.
