Paul McCartney has added two more sites to his upcoming 2013 US tour.

He will play at the BOK Center on May 29 in Tulsa Oklahoma, which seats 19,000 people, and at Nationals Park on July 12 in Washington DC. The former lead singer of The Beatles currently has scheduled several other concert dates for his Out There world tour, including a May 22 performance at the Frank Erwin Arena in Austin, Texas, and a July 9 performance at Fenway Park in Boston, Mass.

McCartney's tour will include hours of material from his entire career -- as a solo artist, member of Wings and The Beatles. It will feature McCartney and his band when they travel the world throughout the year, visiting both places of historical significance to Paul and new spots for the very first time, according to MASN News.

The Austin concert will feature McCartney's first performance ever in the southern city, with tickets set to go on sale Fri. April 12 at 10am, stated KHOU.com.

The Frank Erwin Center is calling it "one of the most significant concert events ever held in Austin," based on the report.

Liz Land with the Erwin Center said it took years of work to make McCartney's show happen. "Several years, just planting the bug in his ear."
