The ladies of Bravo’s latest Real Housewives franchise, The Real Housewives of Potomac, might be all about etiquette and class; but one of the ladies’ is facing speculation that her longtime boyfriend has a criminal past.

Katie Rost, whose boyfriend turned brief fiancé Andrew Martin, was the target in a huge drug bust back 2011. Apparently a SWAT team raided his home and found tons of marijuana, Radar Online reported earlier this month.

The whole incident was sparked on June 15 of that year after a Montgomery County Police Drug Interdiction Unit “removed two parcels” from a FedEx center in Rockville, Md. A drug dog accompanied officers and found the substances in boxes. When authorities opened it, they found bags on bags of marijuana that were said to be “consistent with that of possession with intent to distribute.”

The boxes were labeled with a fake name. But authorities were able to track them back to one of Martin’s homes. One detective went as far as “posing as a delivery person” to try to bring the boxes to the home. Someone who said they worked there took the boxes inside just 20 minutes before a Maryland State SWAT team surrounded the home.

Interestingly enough, Martin wasn’t at the home during the operation. Instead, he was seen leaving and was working at the US Open Golf Tournament at the time. But that didn’t stop authorities from finding marijuana and even glass pipes right in Martin’s room.

He was later indicted for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute on Jan. 20, 2012. He was found guilty and had three years of probation.
