Is Justin Bieber determined to win back Selena Gomez?

According to a new report, Gomez's Las Vegas outing with Orlando Bloom has sent Bieber into a jealous which has him desperate to reunite.

“Justin knows that there is some type of history between Selena and Orlando and it drives him mad,” an insider told Hollywood Life on Monday. “He is convinced that they hooked up again in Vegas. He hates Orlando and never got over their fight. Now, Justin thinks Orlando is taking advantage of Selena and it frustrates him. And the fact that he can’t really do anything about it just makes things that much worse!”

Gomez and Bieber dated for two years, from 2010 until 2012, but even after their split, the former couple remained close and have been spotted together every couple of months ever since. Most recently, Gomez attended Bieber's Los Angeles concert in March.

As for what's next for the on-again, off-again couple, a source claims Bieber is planning to surprise Gomez during an upcoming Revival Tour show in his hometown.

“Despite their crazy schedules, Justin is still eager to watch Selena perform. They will both be in Toronto at around the same time. Justin would give anything to surprise Selena in Toronto or in his hometown of London, Ontario where she’s set to preform May 23,” an insider dished to Hollywood Life on Monday.

“Justin has two shows in Toronto this week and then he’s off for a couple of days. He’s going to do whatever he can to make it happen and show her his support,” the insider added.

Amid his up and down relationship with Gomez, Bieber has been linked to other women, including Hailey Baldwin and Kourtney Kardashian, whom he's seemingly been two-timing for the last several months.

Just weeks ago, after traveling to Brooklyn for his tour, Bieber met up with Baldwin and the Daily Mail caught the pair traveling together to her apartment after a late night visit to Game nightclub.
