Jodi Arias Trial Live Stream: Killer Blonde Bridesmaid VIDEO Released By Friend (WATCH ONLINE)
The live court session for Jodi Arias' first-degree murder trial will resume on Tuesday for the 2008 Arizona killing of Travis Alexander.
The trial can be watched via the free live stream below.
Arias, 31, has been on trial since Jan. 4 for Alexander's murder. Arias - who stabbed Alexander over 27 times, slit his throat from ear to ear and shot him in the head - claimed during her three-month trial that she was emotionally and sexually abused by Alexander.
A friend of Arias, who sat in the gallery earlier in the trial and went to visit her in jail, spoke to Nancy Grace in an exclusive interview to defend Arias' character. Patti, a woman who would not provide her last name, has known Arias since middle school and said they were roommates at the age of 18.
Patti described Arias as "a beautiful person. The kind of person you want as your friend," she told Grace. "She was kind and sincere and would put you before her and people wanted to be her friend. She was sweet and kind and people loved her."
"Jodi was a different person when I knew her than she is now," Patti also told the HLNTV host. "I believe people change over the years and I think that's just what happened."
Arias' childhood friend admitted she was surprised to learn she was charged with murder and even more shocked when she admitted to the gruesome crime.
"When I first found out about it, I thought, wow, this couldn't have happened, this definitely wasn't my friend that did this. It was two other people," Patti said. "But now that she admitted it, you know, I am now coming to terms that it really did happen. It's hard, it's painful, I wish that she would have reached out for help before it came to all of this."
Patti provided support to Arias by visiting her in jail and attending the trial when it first began. She described the experience of seeing her friend behind bars as "surreal." Patti told Grace, "I couldn't believe I was looking at my longtime friend, it was like a dream."
Patti said her and Arias fell out of touch after she got married in 2004 and started a family in 2006. Arias was a bridesmaid in her wedding and she provided proof by giving Grace footage from her nuptials, which the murder suspect is seen in with blonde hair.

Aris has been on trial for three months because according to police, she lied twice at first about how Alexander was killed and later admitted that she killed him in an act of self-defense. If she is convicted of the murder and the lies that she confessed to, she will likely face the death penalty and become the fourth woman in Arizona's history to die by lethal injection.
