The trial can be watched via the free live stream below.
Mesa, Ariz. police released their interrogation video featuring Arias' parents, Sandra and William Arias. ABC News aired the footage that showed the parents give shocking answers when questioned. William told Det. Flores that their daughter, Jodi, treated her mother "like crap" and was verbally abusive. He also said she acted "strange." The interrogation took place in the summer of 2008 just before Arias was charged for killing Alexander.
In the video, Williams said, "you know, she was a strange person because some -- you know, after she left the house she was just kind of acting a little strange."

Last week, Dr. Drew aired footage from the same interview on his HLNTV show, Dr. Drew on Call. In the portion of the tape he played, Sandra admitted on camera that her daughter has "mental problems."
"Jodi has mental problems," Sandra told Det. Flores in the same interview. "Jodi would freak out all the time. I had quite a few of her friends call me and tell me that I needed to get her some help. One called me in the middle of the night and told me that she needed help," she added.
Aris has been on trial for three months because according to police, she lied twice at first about how Alexander was killed and later admitted that she killed him in an act of self-defense. If she is convicted of the murder and the lies that she confessed to, she will likely face the death penalty and become the fourth woman in Arizona's history to die by lethal injection.
