Since Halle Berry announced her pregnancy last week, the actress has been showing off the smallest peaks of her baby bump, most recently when she was spotted eating ice cream.

Berry has been in Argentina since Monday promoting her latest film, The Call. While in Palermo on Tuesday, she was seen out-and-about feeding her baby bump ice cream.

The slim and beautiful 46-year-old looked trendy and edgy, dressed in all black with baby trousers and a black loose-fitted sweater.

The soon to be mother-of-two flaunted her baby bump on the red carpet on Monday.

The actress held her mid-section as she posed for cameras at the premiere of The Call. Berry has a 5-year-old daughter named Nahla from her previous relationship with model Gabriel Aubrey.

"I feel fantastic," she told CNN, adding: "This has been the biggest surprise of my life, to tell you the truth. Thought I was kind of past the point where this could be a reality for me. So it's been a big surprise and the most wonderful for me."

Berry also spoke with the Associated Press recently and said that her pregnancy came at a perfect time because it will give her the opportunity to use it as a point of purpose when she travels to Africa later in the year to visit some of the countries' poorest areas.

"I hope I go while I'm pregnant, so I can talk about prenatal care," she said. "And I will have time off. I'm not working right now."

A source told People that Berry getting pregnant "happened naturally."

During an interview on The Wendy Williams Show, Berry confessed that her Nahla has been praying for another sibling.

"God, please bring me a bunk bed and a baby sister.' And I say, 'I can do one of those things, I know for sure! The other one we have to keep praying on," she said.

Berry and Olivier Martinez have been dating for a little over two years and got engaged in 2012.
