Kobe could not contain his emotions after he injured his Achilles tendon Friday night against Golden State Warriors game. Many reports have indicated that Bryant has torn his tendon, ending his season and probably looking in to the next stage of his career: retirement.

Frustrated and teary-eyed, the Lakers star answered questions about his injury, but he could not keep his anger and frustration to himself, and posted an emotional reaction on his Facebook fan page late at night.

"This is such BS! All the training and sacrifice just flew out the window with one step that I've done millions of times! The frustration is unbearable. The anger is rage. Why the hell did this happen ?!? Makes no damn sense," Bryant said.

But the 34-year-old All-Star didn't stop there. He continued his rant, by questioning himself on making a comeback to the NBA. "Now I'm supposed to come back from this and be the same player Or better at 35?!? How in the world am I supposed to do that??."

Bryant also hinted to possibly retirement and said that maybe the time is now to end his career. "Maybe I should break out the rocking chair and reminisce on the career that was. Maybe this is how my book ends. Maybe Father Time has defeated me," he said.

The fourth-leading scorer in NBA history, Bryant most likely wont be able to help the Los Angeles in the playoffs, even if the team manages to keep eighth spot in the Western Conference. The 34-year-old who has spent half his life in a yellow and purple jersey knows everyone including fans will question if his career will ever be the same.

"Because After ALL the venting, a real perspective sets in. There are far greater issues/challenges in the world then a torn achilles. Stop feeling sorry for yourself, find the silver lining and get to work with the same belief, same drive and same conviction as ever."

"One day, the beginning of a new career journey will commence. Today is NOT that day," he said.
