Zendaya is sending her thoughts towards the tragedy taking place last weekend.

Late Saturday night, a gunman entered the Pulse gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida and shot fire, reportedly killing 50 people and injuring 53 others. It is currently known as one of the worst attacks in the history of the United States.

Singer Zendaya took to Twitter on Sunday to show how shocked she is that something this horrendous would happen.

This has been an unfortunate weekend; not just with this shooting, but another shooting that took place on Friday night.

Christina Grimmie, who was a contestant on The Voice, was shot dead at a concert that also took place in Orlando. Zendaya gave her regards for Grimmie as well calling her an "angel."

Grimmie was on Adam Levine's team during her time on the music competition. In fact, the singer's brother Marcus took to his Facebook page to reveal that Levine offered to pay for his sister's service.

"I found out this morning that Adam Levine personally called my mother and said he will pay for the funeral and her plane flight, and I was blown away," Marcus wrote. "Now a friend just told me to look at the gofundme page and I see it is at 100k. Words cannot express...literally I have no words."

Marcus added that no one needs to send money, but if anyone could send just some sweet words about Christina, he would be deeply grateful.

"Just leave a kind word, message or picture in the comments or message me and sign this change.org petition to help Christina possibly be remembered in the next legend of Zelda game, her favorite game of all time."
