Rihanna Pregnant? PHOTOS; Sickness Sparks Pregnancy and Baby Bump Rumors; Singer Holds Stomach? [VIDEO]
Singer Rihanna was forced to cancel a few of her Diamonds tour stops because of an unspecified sickness, which made many of her loyal fans upset. But new reports have suggested that the singer may indeed be pregnant with boyfriend, Chris Brown's baby.
The Nobody's Business singer cancelled two tour stops in March, and most recently she let fans down when she cancelled the April 14 Houston concert and the April 12 show in Dallas.
Enstars reported yesterday Rihanna was spotted leaving a medical center in Beverly Hills, Calif. She was photographed holding onto her stomach.

The singer took to her Twitter to give an apology and told fans she has been sick for a while.
"I was sick since San Diego! I kept working because I thought two days off after the Vegas show would be enough time to recover and I f****ed up, those were two days off from hell and today is not different!" she tweeted on April 15. "I'm sad and disappointed about it! I had all kinds of plans for Houston!"
A source denied rumors that Rihanna is pregnant and said that the singer is really sick.
"I know, that's not a good enough reason because everybody wants some drama and the rumors that she's pregnant to make the rounds, but sorry, not this time. She's not pregnant!"
Nonetheless, Rihanna's fans are still upset at her for canceling her shows because they feel she spends too much time partying rather than performing.
One fan responded to Rihanna's Twitter post and wrote:
"You not sick you out having fun. How dare you plan a tour then forget your responsibilities!! You need to also be focused on your career. I paid good money for these tickets n they were a surprise for my lil sis 18th bday n now we can't even go!! (sic).' "
Close friends to the pop star said that she is really sorry that she let her fans down.
"One thing [Rihanna] hates the most is not being on stage," the source said "That's where she belongs, and she knew that ... since she was a kid. So you better believe that this sickness ... is killing her in more ways than one."
