Kaley Cuoco Boyfriend: Actress Courts Controversy After Spending 4th Of July With Karl Cook [VIDEO]
She spent her first July 4th with new boyfriend Karl Cook, but a now since-deleted photo Kaley Cuoco shared to Instagram to celebrate the holiday has caused a lot of controversy over their happy holiday together.
The actress initially posted a photo to her page which thanked a place where she was boarding her dogs while she was away for the weekend, but she ran into a lot of criticism from fans after the photo showed her dogs sitting on an American Flag, which was lying on the ground.
According to Fox News, fans berated Cuoco on the pic, with some writing that they were ashamed and she had "lost a fan."
Cuoco later deleted the photo, and has since left up only ones from her celebration with Cook, which showed a more low-key side to the couple's plans.
Her first image with Cook showed the two appearing to hang out at a barbecue, where they had fun while drinking beers with some friends.
"Starting the weekend off the right way!" Cuoco captioned the shot as she and Cook held up their Budweiser's for the camera.
A second image of the two showed even more patriotic sides to their fun, as they sported American flag apparel, an image which caused far less controversy than her initial one which saw an American Flag in it.
In the new image, Cuoco sports a black tank and custom American flag leggings as she cuddles up to her new beau with a kiss on the cheek. Cook meanwhile, posed with a stern look on his face, sporting a tall American Flag hat, as well as a shirt and pants which also featured the motif.
"Happy birthday America!!!!!! Celebrating in style. Obviously @goldsheepclothing," she captioned the image.
Cuoco and Cook began dating earlier this year, with Cuoco confirming their romance when she began sharing images with him on her Instagram page. This is her first confirmed romance after her divorce from Ryan Sweeting, which she filed for last September after 21 months of marriage.
