Rihanna sparked rumors that she may be pregnant with her boyfriend Chris Brown's child after she canceled several concerts scheduled for her Diamonds tour last week.

On Saturday, the Stay singer proved the gossip was false because the Bajan beauty posted several photos to Instagram on weekend that suggests she is not with child.

Rihanna posted many pictures before and after her concert in Sunrise, Florida on April 20. In one, she was captured smoking a suspicious-looking cigarette backstage during her show.

On Saturday, Rihanna revealed on Instagram that she was no longer sick and likely not pregnant thanks to a series of pictures she posted on the social media site.

Later, she posted a picture on Instagram of a gift a fan sent her of a marijuana leaf-shaped cake and captioned the photo: "What did I do to deserve the epicness that is my fans??!!! @janiseeaileen gyal you a real top shotta!!!!! Thank you for lighting up my day, no pun intended!!#420Life."

After her concert, she posed with Victoria's Secret Brazilian model Adriana Lima.

"Only bad b*tches get backstage on the #DIAMONDSWorldTour #nobasiczone," she wrote of the picture with the top model.

Later that night, she posted several pictures of herself at Florida's most popular strip club King Of Diamonds holding and throwing wads of cash.

Rihanna accidentally set off rumors that she was expected after she was spotted leaving a doctor's office in Beverly Hills last wearing baggy clothes. A friend revealed that she was just suffering from the flu and laryngitis.

"[Rihanna] is just sick, and that's really it," the insider told Hollywood Life. "I know, that's not a good enough reason because everybody wants some drama and the rumours that she's pregnant to make the rounds, but sorry, not this time. She's not pregnant!"
