Kristen Stewart Robert Pattinson Apart, Temporary Split After Hot Coachella 2013 Dates
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have been inseparable since he returned from his Australia movie shoot but the couple have recently parted ways again.
Pattinson, 26, was seen at LAX airport carrying his own luggage in Los Angeles on April 21 without Stewart, a week after the couple displayed non-stop PDA at the Coachella festival consecutively for three days.
It has yet to be revealed if the British hunk's trip was for professional or personal reasons - he is scheduled to begin filming another movie, Maps To The Stars, in July.
A friend of Stewart's explained that Stewart and Pattinson have been inseparable for the past month prior to Sunday's trip because he had scheduled professional committments lined up in advance.
"She wants to spend as much time with Rob as possible before he leaves for his next film project and one of their all-time favorite things to do together is listen to music and watch bands perform," the friend said of their weekend at Coachella. "There was no way Kristen was going to give that special time up to attend an awards show," the source told Hollywood Life, referring to her absence at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards.
A week before the couple's Coachella trip, Pattinson made Stewart's 23rd birthday extra special - he threw her a party at one of her favorite restauarants in Los Angeles and an eyewitness shared details about the event.
"They were so cute together, they weren't glued to each other's side," the partygoer told Hollywood Life. "Whenever they were standing near each other, they were touching. Rob had his arm draped around her a lot and every once in a while they'd sneak a kiss. They both looked so in love!"
