Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was arrested again on Tuesday. The troubled reality star was picked up in North Carolina on April 23 for drug possession.

According to TMZ, Evans, 21, has landed behind bars again for four separate criminal charges including possession of heroin and assault.

Evans, who has a growing rap sheet and has been in rehab several times, as recently as last November, was hit with the following list of charges at the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office:

- Possession of heroin with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute
- Simple assault
- Simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance

MTV aired Evans' last arrest in episode 7 of Teen Mom 2 season 4, earlier this month. Evans and her new fiancé had an altercation that ended up placing them both in jail not long after he proposed to her.

The couple had several heated arguments during the episode and one of them resulted in a physical fight. The couple got arrested and ended up in jail after the altercation. In court, the judge granted each of them a "no contact" order.

The episode aired several days after Radar Online published a video of Jenelle snorting drugs, taped before she became a reality star. A friend of hers told the website Janelle is aware the video exists, that it was taken a "long time ago" and that Janelle thinks that it's "stupid."
