Christina Aguilera Slim [PHOTOS]; Singer Flaunts Sexy Slimmer Figure at Time 100 Gala
Christina Aguilera was spotted in NYC for the 2013 Time 100 Gala in New York City on April 24, flaunting her weight loss in a sexy black gown.
The former judge of The Voice was all smiles on the red carpet, wearing a black-fitted Victoria Beckham gown that hugged her curves. She showed off a bit of her cleavage in a cut-out hole on the dress. The singer wore Christian Louboutin shoes and accessorized the look with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. Her hair was slicked to one side and she wore red lipstick.
The event honored the most influential people in all areas from politics to entertainment. Vice President Joe Biden delivered the keynote speech.
In a brief essay in Time Magazine, Aguilera was praised by the legendary singer, Celine Dion.
"The first time I heard Christina Aguilera sing, I was totally blown away. I love the way she sings. Her tone is beautiful, and her voice has got so much power, yet so much sensitivity - and technically, I think, she's flawless," Dion said.
The 45-year-old powerhouse said that Aguilera is an artist that many people look up to.
"Without a doubt, she's one of the most talented artists the world has ever seen and heard, and I think she's going to continue to amaze us for many, many years to come," Dion said.
Aguilera took to her Twitter page to thank Dion for the wonderful praises.
"I'm very honored to be part of the #TIME100 list and for the wonderful words from Celine Dion," Aguilera tweeted. "Thank you! XoXtina"
Last month the Your Body singer made a guest appearance at an event for The Voice where she didn't reveal if she would be coming back to the show or not.
"I can't say anything right now. I can only do what feels right for me in the moment and right now what's important for me, and this is why I love the show, and why I'm coming back in support," she said.
