Why didn't Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow want to operate on Farrah Abraham when they met with the Teen Mom OG star during a 2015 episode of E!'s Botched?

According to a new report, the doctors recently attended the 2016 Summer TCA Tour, where they explained why they didn't want to work with the reality star, who was requesting a lip procedure.

“[We were] definitely hesitant,” Dr. Nassif told The Ashley's Reality Roundup on Friday.

In January 2015, Abraham, who Dr. Nassif labeled as "difficult," underwent a lip procedure in Los Angeles that resulted in major swelling and immediately took to Twitter, where she put the doctor on blast.

“When you have someone that puts things on social media and can be a little bit difficult for someone to deal with, it made us think twice about things,” he said, adding that the doctor didn't "botch" Abraham's procedure as she claimed.

“She had a reaction to procedures done properly, and I think she felt that maybe they weren’t necessarily done properly,” Dr. Dubrow told The Ashley. “Things can go wrong, so it’s important that anyone who wants to do something like this understands that.”

Currently, Abraham and her co-stars, including Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell and Maci Bookout, are preparing for the upcoming sixth season of their MTV reality show. Teen Mom OG premieres on MTV on Aug. 22 at 10 p.m. Below is a sneak peek at the new season.
