Ray Rice Wife: Will He Sign With NFL Team After Infamous Elevator Knockout? [VIDEO]
Could Ray Rice get another chance with the NFL?
Following his release from the Baltimore Ravens, which occurred in 2014 after shocking video featured the running back knocking out his then-fiancee and now-wife, Janay Palmer, in an elevator after a dispute at their Atlantic City hotel, there are talks about a potential future signing.
While no one has picked up Rice quite yet, many fans on Twitter believe he should get another chance with the NFL.

If your saying Ray Rice does NOT deserve a 2nd Chance, I only hope that when YOU make a mistake, Society holds YOU to the same standards — DJ OBSESSION (@djobsession) August 10, 2016

Last year, after marrying Rice a short time after the incident took place, Palmer opened up about the ongoing allegations against her husband, many of which labeled him a "wife beater."
“I get angry about it because it’s the furthest things from the truth,” she stated during an appearance on ESPN's Outside the Lines, via The Root. “It has never happened before, and that’s not him. He’s been made out to be this monster, and he’s not a wife beater. He’s someone who made a mistake. He’s human."
“I’m not taking the light off of anything that he did. He’s human, and he has done everything he’s supposed to do to redeem himself. So it kind of makes me quite mad,” Palmer explained.
