'Justice League' Movie News: 'Man of Steel's' Zack Snyder Coveted To Direct Amid Charlie Hunnam Flash Speculation? [VIDEO]
The upper brass over at Warner Bros. is reportedly looking to attach Man of Steel director Zack Snyder to its future Justice League mega-flick.
According to Forbes, Snyder would undoubtedly be offered the helm of the superhero blockbuster if it were to officially "get off the ground (again)."
In Empire Magazine's latest Superman edition, the publication spoke to Snyder about the upcoming Man of Steel.
"I have to say that it is everything that I could have hoped for. Touch wood that I am not insane, but it feels really good," the director told Empire.
The Snyder-helmed Man of Steel has put itself in a position to rake in excess of $500 million worldwide at the box office when it comes hits the big screen this summer.
Comic Book reported that it's almost certain that Henry Cavill would come on board to reprise his role as Superman in Justice League, and it's said that other actors will likely be cast for other roles.
The website also reported that the chances of Christian Bale and Ryan Reynolds returning to reprise their roles from The Dark Knight and Green Lantern respectively are very slim.
However, there has been chatter circulating that Son of Anarchy's Charlie Hunnam may be joining the franchise as either Flash or John Constantine.
Comic Book stated that Warner Bros. has already used Hunnam's likeliness to develop its conceptual artwork for Flash. However, since there are no photos in circulation to prove it, it's merely speculation at this point.
Although the film script has yet to be completed, DC is planning on releasing the Justice League at some point in 2015.
