'Justice League' Movie News: Who Would Come On Board to Play Martian Manhunter & Flash? Details & VIDEO
While many DC fans are overly enthusiastic for the future Avengers sequel, many more are seemingly looking forward to its future all-star-studded comic flick, Justice League.
The respective movie will more than likely be composed of Batman, Superman, Flash, The Green Lantern and Martian Manhunter.
If the Justice League film ends up being put out the same way The Avengers did, then it would seem as though most of the big name actors that played the various comic heroes would return to reprise their respective roles.
Batman was played by Christian Bale, Superman is Henry Cavill, and Ryan Reynolds donned the role of The Green Lantern. While it's still unknown who would play Martian Manhunter, Sons of Anarchy's Charlie Hunnam has been mentioned recently as a potential frontrunner for Flash.
In other Justice League chatter, Warner Bros. is reportedly looking to attach Man of Steel director Zack Snyder to direct the mega-flick.
According to Forbes, Snyder would undoubtedly be offered the helm of the superhero blockbuster if it were to officially "get off the ground (again)."
In Empire Magazine's latest Superman edition, the publication spoke to Snyder about the upcoming Man of Steel.
"I have to say that it is everything that I could have hoped for. Touch wood that I am not insane, but it feels really good," the director said.
Although no clear-cut date has been given on its theatrical release, Justice League is set to hit the big screen in the summer of 2015.
