Miranda Lambert and her ex-husband, Blake Shelton, attended the ACM Honors event in Tennessee last night.

Just over one year after officially calling it quits on their 4-year marriage, Lambert and Shelton found themselves in the same room. Luckily, the room was quite large and they were surrounded by a number of other talented musicians.

"Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton's divorce has proven a bit awkward in the country music world," the Daily Mail revealed to readers on Wednesday. "The exes both stepped out for the 10th Annual ACM Honors in Nashville, Tennessee on Tuesday night. Neither Blake nor Miranda hit the red carpet, but both of the singers made an appearance on stage during the taped telecast, which airs in September."

During the event, Lambert performed one of her songs and was honored with the inaugural Merle Haggard Award. Meanwhile, Shelton was also featured during the show as her performed alongside Keith Urban, Dierks Bentley and Toby Keith.

Lambert's recent performance comes on the heels of reports claiming she will soon debut her new album, which will likely feature a number of divorce-inspired tracks.

“With my songwriting, it is taking a journey with what has been going on in my everyday life good, bad, ugly and everything in between,” Lambert explained to Billboard magazine earlier this month. “I feel like the right thing to do was just come out with something really honest.”

Lambert's first single off her upcoming album, "Vice," was released earlier this summer.
