Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert Marriage Crumbling? The Couple Needs To 'Give Their Marriage Time To Blossom And Grow,' Says Source [VIDEO]
Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert claim they have a healthy marriage, but according to reports, the couple is struggling in their relationship.
“Despite being married, Miranda and Blake are like two ships passing in the night,” a source told the National Enquirer, according to Radar Online. “Between their touring schedules and public appearances, they’re actually together only about 50 days a year. That’s no way to run a marriage — and suspicions and jealousies creep up between them.”
According to Star magazine, Lambert became jealous when Shelton decided to bring Sheryl Crow onto The Voice as his guest mentor.
The judge had originally wanted his wife to be his celebrity mentor this season, and had the support of the show's producers, according to Radar Online.
“While she had to turn it down because there would have been conflicts with her touring schedule, it still became the cause of a few major arguments between them,” said a source.
Radar Online reported that while Shelton enjoys spending time in Los Angeles, his wife prefers Oklahoma.
But despite difference in opinions and cheating scandals, Lambert had said that divorce is not an option.
“Blake and Miranda really need to make the effort to give their marriage time to blossom and grow,” said the source.
