A female paparazzi photographer filed a lawsuit against Rob Kardashian, claiming the Keeping Up with Kardashians star assaulted her in March.

Andra Vail alleged that Kardashian stole her camera's memory card after she took shirtless pictures of him outside a West Hollywood gym, according to Gossip Cop. She filed a robbery report with the police and now claims that he assaulted her as well.

"While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian's violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Vaik was completely unjustified," her lawyer told TMZ.

Kardashian has yet to publicly comment on the lawsuit filed against him, but source close to the reality star said the photographer was trespassing on private property when she snapped the shirtless photos. Witnesses reportedly said similar claims - that Vail was in the garage and hiding in her car, waiting to take pictures of Kardashian without his shirt on.

Kardashian is reportedly trying to lose weight and was upset that shirtless pictures of him would surface on the web. He was in an altercation with paparazzi also in 2012, when he chased a photographer who was following him. He was handcuffed and arrested following the incident, though he said at the time that he was just "joking" with the photographer.

The photographer told police, "He tried to kill me."

Season eight of Keeping Up with the Kardashians will air on June 2 at 9 p.m. EST on E!
