Chris Brown Royalty: Does Nia Guzman Know Singer's Accuser Baylee Curran? [VIDEO]
The drama between Chris Brown and a woman named Baylee Curran has almost died down about a week after she claimed the singer pulled out a gun and pointed it at her as he kicked her out of his Los Angeles home. But now more speculation has come out that she was not completely truthful as there might be a connection between Curran and Nia Guzman, the mother of Brown’s daughter, Royalty, 2.
Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos , revealed the possible link between the two women.
“One of the things we’re investigating is that there are now reports the accuser has a relationship with the mother of his child,” he told New York Daily News recently.
Interestingly enough Guzman and Brown are involved in an ugly custody battle for Royalty.
“What’s particularly disturbing to me is that this comes on the heels of a custody battle that he won,” Geragos continued. “…And that the lawyer in Houston who represented the mother of Royalty immediately came out and was making statements.”
What could also be interesting is that Guzman's lawyer made claims that Royalty was in Brown’s home when the alleged incident between him and Curran occurred. It ended with an hours long standoff as Brown refused to let police in his home without a warrant. In the end, he was arrested and released on a $250K bail.
Geragos said that the statement about Royalty “is categorically false” and that Royalty “was not there the entire time that I was there.”
He went on to say that Brown cooperated with authorities.
