Amanda Bynes' Tweets of Topless Photos Lead to Publicist Call For Help [PHOTOS]
After Amanda Bynes posted topless photos of herself on Twitter on Thursday, a Hollywood publicist tweeted a shout-out to the New York Police Department and asked for someone to help the star.
I just spoke to @amandabynes and she is soooo messed up on drugs and please @ny_police find her and help her! I don't know her address! @tmz

The publicist, who has represented Kim Kardashian in the past, wrote later:
If trying to help someone you feel is in trouble is a crime, then there is a problem. A cry for help is just that! I did what I KNEW to do! — Jonathan Jaxson (@jonathanjaxson) May 2, 2013
He added that he tried to help the actress himself as well. Actress Jenny McCarthy commented on Bynes' behavior as well, mostly in agreement with what Jaxson tweeted.

The photos from Bynes' Twitter account showed her topless, wearing black underwear and ripped stockings. According to Radar Online, when asked if she has any addictions, the Hollywood star told In Touch she doesn't use booze or pot, adding that the cigarettes she's been seen with only contain tobacco.
This followed a string of strange behaviors from the actress, who has been seen talking to herself in public. Although her parents have been concerned about the former Nickelodeon star, they feel they are unable to do anything. But Bynes asserts that she is not in touch with her parents.
Among other strange and desperate Bynes' moments, the actress has recently been reported as having been spending all of her money and reached out to Drake on several occasions. But Drake has not responded to any of her messages over the last several weeks.
