George Clooney Gets Oscar Makeover
Like most of Hollywood, George Clooney is having a little work done before the Oscars.
Actually, Clooney's wax double at Madame Tussaud's in London will don a black and white Hawaiian shirt instead of the suit he usually wears, a tribute to his character in the Oscar-nominated film The Descendants. The movie takes place in the Aloha State.
The wax figure will also get a new hair color to match its real-life counterpart's graying locks. Clooney's hair was much darker when the statue first debuted at Madame Tussaud's in 2004.
"With the ceremony taking place this weekend, we wanted to make sure that he is looking his best and are confident our guests are going to love this silver fox makeover," Liz Edwards, spokeswoman for Madame Tussaud's, told The Telegraph.
The real Clooney will appear at the Oscars on February 26.
