Kim Kardashian is on the move for the first time since her terrifying robbery on Sunday.
The mother was spotted leaving her rented Tribeca apartment through a back door. She was holding a barefoot North.
What's more startling is that Kim looks nothing like herself. She was wearing straight-leg gray jeans, Vans, and an oversized hoodie, along with a baseball cap. Kanye followed her, carrying Saint.

Those images make sense, considering she is rumored to be taking a month-long break from any public appearances. She also has been totally silent on social media, and hasn't so much as favorited a Tweet.

She's also reportedly seeking the help of a therapist to discuss what really happened that night, according to E! News.
