Megan Fox began shooting her next film, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, in New York City this month and the actress has given paparazzi plenty to photograph.

The actress was spotted jumping for joy on a mini-trampoline while filming a scene on Tuesday. The This Is 40 star was in character for the role of TV reporter April O'Neil in Paramount's new flick. The 26-year-old was wearing an athletic outfit with ankle weights and sneakers, and was clutching a Channel 6 microphone while bouncing up and down for several takes.

On Monday, Fox arrived on set with a brand new hair color in a deep shade of red. The mother-of-one made the transformation for her latest gig produced by Michael Bay, whom she worked with previously on Transformers.

Fox began filming the children's movie on May 4. Her husband/actor Brian Austin Green, of Beverly Hills 90120 fame, paid a visit to the film's set with their seven-month-old Noah on her first day.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will arrive in theaters in June of 2014. It also stars comedic actor Will Arnett, Hunger Games: Catching Fire star Alan Ritchson and Twilight's Noel Fisher. The film's four lead characters will be digitally included in the movie in post-production in a style similar to Avatar.
