Paltrow 'I'm Never Going Again' Calls Met Gala 2013 'Un-fun,' Says it Was 'Boiling' and "Too Crowded'
Gwyneth Paltrow was not particularly pleased with this years Met Gala. In fact, she was so disappointed that she vows to never go again.
"I'm never going again. It was so un-fun," Paltrow told the USA Today.
The Iron Man 3 star may have had more fun if she chose to follow this year's theme, which was punk, or if she had spent a little more time with her husband.
The 40-year-old actress showed up in a bright pink Valentino dress but didn't walk the red carpet with her musician husband Chris Martin, according to the Huffington Post. Instead, the Coldplay singer was left to his own devices.
However, it was the crowd and the heat that turned Paltrow off to this year's event.
"It was boiling. It was too crowded. I did not enjoy it at all," the 'Most Beautiful Woman in the World' told USA Today.
As for not walking arm in arm with Martin, Paltrow tells USA Today that she would like to keep their relationship private.
This statement comes not only after almost ten years of marriage, but also after she recently gave a relationship driven interview to Glamour UK for their June 2013 issue.
"We laugh, we're good friends, we like to do the same stuff," the actress said of the relationship. "I'm a very grounded, homey person, and Chris is a very mad scientist, genius songwriter."
Since she's so keen on never going to the Gala again, perhaps it won't sting too much if she finds herself off the guest list next year.
