Amanda Bynes was sentenced to three years probation and a $1,400 fine on Thursday as part of her plea deal for being charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving on a suspended license.

The 27-year-old was not present at the Los Angeles Superior Court hearing in Burbank, Calif., when the sentencing was announced for the violations last year. The case involved Bynes' legal troubles from March 2012, when police pulled her over for talking on a cellphone while driving and she sped away. She was arrested for suspicion of DUI in April of the same year.

After Bynes was charged with two hit-and-run accidents in April and August, her license was finally suspended. She continued to drive, however, and was then charged with driving on a suspended license.

The plea deal reportedly could not be reached back in April at an earlier hearing because Bynes had failed to sign the the necessary paperwork, according to Yahoo.

In addition to her legal troubles, Bynes has recently displayed bizarre behavior. She posted topless photos of herself on Twitter earlier in the month, alerting experts and investigators who claimed that the actress needs help. She had also been seen smoking pot on various occasions, and kicked out of a gym for her strange behaviors, and was spotted talking to herself in public.

Her odd behavior has so many worried that a fan even created a memorial of the former Nickelodeon actress in New York's East Village, complete with candles, flowers and a picture of the star.
